Last updated: March 2, 2026  ·  Sellebrate, Sociedad Limitada

Sellebrate ("we") is an AI-powered sales automation platform. This page explains how we handle your data, including data accessed through the Google Calendar API.

What we collect

When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar data — event titles, times, attendees, and availability — solely to power the scheduling features you've enabled. We also collect basic account information (name, email) and standard usage logs (IP address, browser type) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: scheduling meetings, managing calendar events on your behalf, and sending automated reminders. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may share it with the infrastructure providers that run our service (under confidentiality agreements) and with the CRM tools you explicitly connect. We will also comply with legal obligations if required.

How we protect it

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized team members only.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — we'll process it within 30 days. You can also revoke our access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.

Google API Limited Use

Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum data needed and never use it beyond delivering the service to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
